After years of designing and building furniture for ourselves and our friends, we decided to take a leap of faith and create our own woodworking company in 2025.
Our backgrounds in engineering, design, and music help us craft products that balance timeless looks and outstanding durability.
Every piece is designed and built using the highest quality materials, non-toxic finishes, and joinery meant to last for generations.

Your makers
Carl Olsson
Carl Olsson grew up in the forests of the Pacific Northwest and rural Sweden. As a child he learned to use hand and power tools to create woodcarvings, furniture, pinewood derby cars, and trebuchets. He would go on to study electrical engineering and computer science at Brown University, and went on to a career in tech before leaving to start his woodworking dream company with his younger brother.
Carl brings extensive practical and theoretical engineering expertise to create designs that are unique, elegant, and exceptionally well built. He draws on his musical background in violin and guitar to inform his work.
Johan Olsson
Johan Olsson grew up with Carl. He took an early interest in designing and making things, creating bridge trusses, airplane wing profiles, and various electronic projects and shared his brother's appreciation for woodworking. He would go on to study computer science at the University of Washington and re-located to the San Francisco Bay Area to co-create this woodworking business.
Johan uses computing and simulation to design and test our products with exceptional rigor and thought.
